Reviews

Overall, customers express high satisfaction with both the dog wash and car wash services, highlighting their effectiveness and convenience. The dog wash area is noted for its single-use space, making it suitable for anxious dogs, but some users found the environmental conditions (humidity and noise) and the pricing structure for additional time less than ideal. Reviews for the car wash praise the thoroughness of the service, with many appreciating the staff's attention to detail and the impressive results that left vehicles looking new. Despite some initial confusion about the dog wash's offerings, many customers plan to return for these services due to their convenience and quality.

Great spot for a quick dog bath. My dog (4 yo black lab) is reactive due to bad past experiences, and this place was perfect for him as a single use space. Price is $10 for 10 minutes to begin with, perfect for pups with short coats. 10 minutes was perfect for my lab since dryers freak him out and his coat allows for towel dries to work just fine, but for thicker coat pups that require longer time, you might want to consider other options. They do offer shampoos and conditioners, but I highly recommend bringing your own items (towel and shampoo) to expedite the process and keep the cost down. It can get a little loud since it shares the building with the car wash, and with the warm water, it can feel a bit like a sauna, but other than that, it was a great experience, and I will absolutely bring my pup back!

I found it hard to get a clear understanding of what this place offers before going. I tried calling several times (no answer), read the whole website, and reviews, but it still wasn't what I expected when I arrived. It is one giant dogwash machine in a very humid small room. A rather loud all-in-one with a liquid hose and an air hose. Ten dollars gets you ten minutes of the machine. You can choose water (which was too hot for our puppy, it should have been bath temp but it was borderline hot, and there's not way to control this), soapy water, blow dry, or disinfect. Soaps include apple scented shampoo, flea shampoo, and conditioner. The soap just gets mixed into the water hose. There doesn't appear to be a way to just add a few minutes. You have to add ten more minutes for ten dollars. Lastly, there's a sign saying to disinfect the tub after each use, but apparently that has to be part of the 10 minutes you pay for. If you used your time washing your dog and then want to disinfect as asked, you'd have to pay another $10. I think if you knew what you were getting and wanted to give your dog a quick wash, AND your dog isn't scared by loud noises, it's a pretty nice option. But for a thorough wash of a medium to large or hairy dog, it'll be $20. Additionally, since there's just one tub, you may find yourself waiting for someone like we did. On the upside, no dog hair in my shower, and they're open fairly late.

Very nice facility. Everything works like a charm. Easy to use, ten minutes is adequate for washing, rinsing a 25 pound beagle. Will be back.

honestly, I usually just do basic car wash since I don't trust automatic car wash can do a great job. However, since I just did a 400miles road trip with my car, I decide to try something different this time, so I tried their top the line 'premium wash' (15 dollar). I am so glad I did! the result blowed my mind!! the process was quick but carefully done. my car become instantly different. Seriously, so many people thought I did new paint job! my car is even glowing at night right now. the pictures speak everything(look at the rims!). extremely happy with the result. best automatic car wash experience so far!

This is the best car wash around. The staff scrubs your car very well before you go through the wash.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cat Grooming

What should I expect during a professional cat grooming session?

A typical professional cat grooming session usually begins with a consultation to discuss your cat's needs. The groomer will then examine your cat's coat and skin condition before proceeding with services like brushing to remove loose fur, bathing with cat-specific shampoo, blow-drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and any specialized haircuts if needed. Most sessions take between 1-2 hours depending on your cat's coat condition and temperament.

How should I prepare my cat for a grooming appointment?

To prepare your cat for grooming, brush them at home a few days before to remove loose fur and minor tangles. Keep your cat in a secure carrier for transportation. Arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and allow your cat time to adjust to the new environment. Bring information about your cat's health, temperament, and any areas they're sensitive about. For anxious cats, consider withholding food for 2-3 hours before the appointment to reduce the risk of stress-related nausea.

Why is professional cat grooming important?

Professional cat grooming is important for several reasons: it reduces shedding and hairballs, prevents painful matting, allows early detection of skin issues or parasites, keeps your cat's coat healthy and shiny, reduces dander (helpful for allergy sufferers), and maintains proper hygiene. Professional groomers have specialized tools, products, and techniques to safely handle cats, even those with behavioral challenges. Regular grooming also helps cats become more comfortable with handling, which is beneficial for veterinary visits.

How often should my cat be professionally groomed?

The frequency of professional grooming depends on your cat's coat type, length, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds like Persians typically need grooming every 4-6 weeks to prevent matting. Medium-haired cats may need grooming every 6-8 weeks, while short-haired cats might only need professional attention every 8-12 weeks or during seasonal shedding periods. Cats with special conditions like obesity or arthritis that prevent self-grooming may need more frequent appointments. Your groomer can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your cat's specific needs.

What's the difference between cat and dog grooming?

Cat grooming differs significantly from dog grooming. Cats have more sensitive skin, requiring gentler handling and cat-specific products. Their grooming sessions are typically shorter to minimize stress. Cats often need specialized restraint techniques and quieter environments. Cat groomers use different tools designed for feline coats and are trained to recognize signs of stress unique to cats. Cat-only grooming facilities eliminate the anxiety many cats experience around dogs, creating a more comfortable experience for your feline friend.
