My bf brought my 13 year old border collie in for her first grooming ever. Needless to say it probably wasn’t an easy task. I was afraid she would come back shaved. She came home looking fantastic! She is far from easy to deal with and the crew at Brookview made her look great and she was a happy little girl at pickup. Oh and they trimmed her nails which is impossible for me. Thank you ladies so much!
Samantha is always rude. You can plan ahead all you want with appointments but what they don't mention is that it's only cash or check and there is no working ATM. Usually at a cash only business they will have a working ATM so you can, you know, do business. Don't have cash? Appointment canceled wait a month for a new one. I will not trust anyone with my dog who can't even keep a working ATM at their cash only business. Avoid at all costs. Petsuites just up the road does a better job and you can actually pay for services with a card. It's 2025 ffs
Had a GREAT experience with Samantha (owner) and Brookview Pet Grooming. Haven’t ever used groomers for our pets before but when our ragdoll cat (med/long hair) developed mats that I couldn’t brush out, we opted to give her a lions cut and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result. Our cat is happy and comfortable, and we are loving petting her. The experience was so transformative, that I immediately booked a groom for our husky, who was in the middle of blowing out his coat for the season leaving clumpy hair all over the house and looking like a molting buffalo. After one session with Samantha and Brookview Pet Grooming, he is a new dog … his old coat brushed out and he is clean and comfortable in his new coat (before/after pics included). Reasonable prices and great care. Very happy with this new neighborhood discovery!!
I took my new rescue pup here and Samantha was great with her! Very gentle. My dog is scared of everything. She did a really nice job on her groom and is clearly very knowledgeable about animals. The cost of the groom was reasonable for what she did! I will return to her!
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING WORK! My dogs have been to many groomers before and have never looked this good! They come out crying or with a horrible cut, however at Brookview all 4 came out super happy and looked amazing! Great service, great price and very friendly staff. They have gained my business from here on out and would absolutely recommend!!!

I am never disappointed by service, quality, or efficency. Scheduling can be out a few weeks, so make sure to make your next appt when you pick your animal up for its service. Never had any problems with Samantha or her employees. They are all so friendly and professional. Our pup always looks amazing and smells so good after he gets groomed at Brookview Pet Grooming! Bring cash, no cc accepted. Their prices are very resonable. I would highly recommend them! 👌
I just had our two Shih Tzus groomed at Brookview. They are 16 and 18 years old so they need someone with a gentle touch. Samantha was awesome. They look the best they've looked in years and they came home completed unstressed. I won't go anywhere else again.
