Reviews
Customer reviews of the grooming service reveal a stark divide in experiences, with some valuing the quality of care and friendly staff, while others express dissatisfaction with rude service and poor handling of pets. Those who had positive experiences praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness to their pets' needs, highlighting successful grooming appointments. Conversely, several customers reported negative interactions with a particular staff member, describing her as unkind and dismissive, which affected their trust in the establishment. Overall, customer satisfaction appears to be heavily influenced by individual interactions with staff, with a notable concern for the treatment of pets during their grooming sessions.
Not friendly. They say same day service but don’t deliver. Just needed nails cut. Would take less than five minutes. Even said I would over pay. I do not recommend this place. She was even very rude with my mom’s little dog.
They have done a great job with my Aussiedoodle, Jack. They have always been really nice to us and they have even taken Jack back in case I needed his haircut a little shorter. Love this place and the ladies that work in it.
I'm not one of those fur parents that thinks that my dogs can do no wrong. I've had multiple groomers tell me my dogs are well behaved. We tried this place out since it's close to the house at just bought and we will never go back. Not 30 minutes after we dropped them off the woman called us back and said they don't do biting dogs. I went to pick them up and they were both freaking out panting like crazy. And my malshi was half shaved. She said I only owed her $10. I refused to pay. My dogs have never freaked out that much and they wouldn't leave my side for the rest of the day. Plus nothing was done to them. I had a bad feeling waking up and I should've listened to it.
The older lady with short blondish/gray hair, that drives a silver SUV is so VERY rude!!! I think she maybe the owner. The other lady's in the back were amazing!! I'm very thankful to them! But due to that hateful woman, I will NEVER trust that shop to care for my family dog again!! If she is that rude and nasty to the customers, I can only imagine how she may treat the animals when no one is looking!!!! Besides that, I dont expect a lot from people. But, I do expect to be treated with some human decency when spending my money at ANY locally owned business!!
Apparently she does not take older dogs on first time appointment. Just moved to the area and looking for a new groomer. My 11 year old yorkie has been groomed since he was 6 months old ( he's pretty familiar with the process and very healthy) I'm just surprised.

Call to BookFrequently Asked Questions About Cat Grooming
What should I expect during a professional cat grooming session?
A typical professional cat grooming session usually begins with a consultation to discuss your cat's needs. The groomer will then examine your cat's coat and skin condition before proceeding with services like brushing to remove loose fur, bathing with cat-specific shampoo, blow-drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and any specialized haircuts if needed. Most sessions take between 1-2 hours depending on your cat's coat condition and temperament.
How should I prepare my cat for a grooming appointment?
To prepare your cat for grooming, brush them at home a few days before to remove loose fur and minor tangles. Keep your cat in a secure carrier for transportation. Arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and allow your cat time to adjust to the new environment. Bring information about your cat's health, temperament, and any areas they're sensitive about. For anxious cats, consider withholding food for 2-3 hours before the appointment to reduce the risk of stress-related nausea.
Why is professional cat grooming important?
Professional cat grooming is important for several reasons: it reduces shedding and hairballs, prevents painful matting, allows early detection of skin issues or parasites, keeps your cat's coat healthy and shiny, reduces dander (helpful for allergy sufferers), and maintains proper hygiene. Professional groomers have specialized tools, products, and techniques to safely handle cats, even those with behavioral challenges. Regular grooming also helps cats become more comfortable with handling, which is beneficial for veterinary visits.
How often should my cat be professionally groomed?
The frequency of professional grooming depends on your cat's coat type, length, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds like Persians typically need grooming every 4-6 weeks to prevent matting. Medium-haired cats may need grooming every 6-8 weeks, while short-haired cats might only need professional attention every 8-12 weeks or during seasonal shedding periods. Cats with special conditions like obesity or arthritis that prevent self-grooming may need more frequent appointments. Your groomer can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your cat's specific needs.
What's the difference between cat and dog grooming?
Cat grooming differs significantly from dog grooming. Cats have more sensitive skin, requiring gentler handling and cat-specific products. Their grooming sessions are typically shorter to minimize stress. Cats often need specialized restraint techniques and quieter environments. Cat groomers use different tools designed for feline coats and are trained to recognize signs of stress unique to cats. Cat-only grooming facilities eliminate the anxiety many cats experience around dogs, creating a more comfortable experience for your feline friend.
