This was our first time bringing our Babies to Puppy United, and let me tell you, they are AMAZING. Robbie did such a GREAT job grooming my baby Prince, he looks Adorable and smells SOOO good and so does Ally. Thank you! Wonderful small business that we get our Bichon groomed at every 1-2 months. Their prices are reasonable for being in the city. They also usually have plenty of availability and the service is always quick and friendly. Our Bichon always looks good after getting his grooming here!
Definitely a place you can trust your pup with! Kobe has been here 4 times and they always do amazing. He's gotten a bath/brush, mini groom and a full groom and all have gone flawlessly. It is not often that you can send your dog to a groomer and trust them to do good with little to no direction but this is definitely the spot for that. I typically just show a picture or give exact instructions of the cut I want and they execute amazing every time! **Would highly recommend this place to any doodle owners - They know what looks good! They deserve more than 5 stars. I don’t remember his name but the groomer was soooo nice and patient with my fur baby. I had brought my cat lucky to get his nails trimmed and he took less than 5 minutes. Both my husband and I were shocked because usually the other vet we go to always says our baby is feisty but this wasn’t the case here. He even complemented our boy and said he’s a real gem. We will be coming back regularly. Thank you for your service. Ps. The atmosphere is also very welcoming🙂❤️
Conveniently located in my neighborhood. I have a short hair dog so I can’t speak to the cut services but my pooch always smells good. Prices are good for a simple bath, nails and anal glands. I wish I could meet the groomer though, would be nice to see the person handling my dog. They could use a refresh on the inventory (treats, toys, supplies clothes, etc), I would buy all of my supplies there if they did.
The kindest people I've ever met! I get regular nail trims for my cat, Luna! I don't need an appointment, the price is great, but most importantly, they take such great care of my fur baby! I'm also having a good laugh/conversation with them. I'd choose Puppy United for my cat every time!
I brought my dog here yesterday for the first time, and I am thoroughly impressed by their manner of excellence and care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and I knew my dog would be well taken care of. She was only there for about 3.5 hours, which is a great time in my opinion (she’s got a lot of hair lol). When the groomer called me to tell me she was done, he was so kind and took the time to explain what all took place during her visit. Overall I was very happy, and we will be coming back again. The pricing is extremely reasonable too, especially being located in Midtown. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my shih tzus to this location for years (it used to be named The Pet Set). They always take such good care of my pups, and they come out groomed beautifully. Highly recommend.
They’ve done a great jobs for both of our pups! Our labradoodle is very anxious, and she did great there and enjoyed her visit.
