There is not enough wonderful things that I can say about All Creatures. Kevin and his staff are truly dedicated and love ALL the animals that come through their front door. I take my dog, Olive, there pretty much every single day for day camp, which she is absolutely addicted to in the best way possible. Olive also gets groomed, which I don’t know that she loves as much, but always looks and feels like a million bucks afterwards 😜. I would also like to share how amazing Kevin and ALL of his staff have been with Olive. Olive is a rescue and loved being around other dogs, but is insecure around humans. All Creatures has an amazing groomer, who is also a remarkable trainer, Angie. I had taken Olive to the standard training classes, which she excelled in the listening area, but behaviorally, she was still scared of humans. Olive and I took 3 training lessons with Angie and have seen such an improvement. The staff at All Creatures would adhere to Angie’s training while Olive is at day camp, enabling consistency in her training throughout the day. It truly does not get any better than All Creatures, they truly will love your babies, just as much as you love them 💕.
I have utilized their mobile service and was always very happy that, and now bc of my kitten we visit their location in Orlando. All of the employees are so friendly and helpful, including the mobile unit. They always do a great job, the prices are fair, and there have been times due to my cat’s coat that they couldn’t do 100% of the visit I booked and they never over charged me. I was always charged fairly for what they completed and I know most groomers would charge me for the full visit that I booked anyway. They aren’t in my area but I’m happy to drive to them bc they are the best groomer I’ve found in Orlando.
All Creatures Pet Grooming always do a great job with my dog. He is a biter but they really take care of him well. Owner and staff are always friendly. I love the text message reminder and confirming appointment!
Monica at All Creatures has groomed my Goldendoodle for years and not only does she do a wonderful job with his cut, she is also very kind and caring with him. He is an older dog now and has alot of pain, but I always know he’s in good hands with Monica. And the staff at All Creatures is very friendly, welcoming and organized as well. I highly recommend All Creatures!
We love All Creatures. We have been customers for many years and they have always taken great care of us and our sweet baby dolls. We highly recommend them!!! Thank you- we appreciate you!!!
I really do love this groomer. They are competitively priced and offer a lot of services. Unfortunately I’m not sure if the front desk openly communicates with the groomers as I have specifically requested my dog’s nether regions to be avoided or minimally groomed. My dog is sensitive and has suffered from razor burn. I recently took him and now he is visibly uncomfortable and has a very irritated genital area. I hope it heals and doesn’t get infected. Despite my preference for this business I am going to take him somewhere else that will be more oriented to special requests. I recommend this groomer just be mindful regarding specific needs.
The person who cut our dog hurt him and didn’t tell us when we picked him up. Then we found out why he was liking that place. Our dog Hudson went there to groom for a year and their service got worse and worse.
I have been taking my dog here for years and I love this place. They always do so well with my Yorkie, Logan and handle him with care, who is now 16 years old. I normally do last min appointments there and I'm able to get in the day of, or the next day which is awesome. Thanks ACPG!
Such an awesome experience !! My dogs always come back so fluffy and beautiful. I trust that they are taking great care of them since my pups always return home happy with wagging tails. Highly recommend
I will start by saying I don’t like negatively reviewing companies because I know it may not apply to everyone who works there and could affect their business. The fact I’m sharing this should tell you how important this is to me. I had a horrible experience at All Creatures last week, am dealing with the effects of it now and will be for awhile. I dropped my Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix off for a haircut. She was a bit matted from swimming, so I told the groomer who I’ve never used before that I usually like her long with just an eyes/hygienic trim, but I understand a bit will be trimmed off of her back/belly to keep it even since she had a few matts at the end of her hair. I return to pick her up where they made me sign a waiver AFTER cutting her, the groomer had left before they brought her out to me, and when I saw her I didn’t even recognize my own dog. They shaved her down to her SKIN all over. My poor dog has a double coat because she is part Australian Shepherd and she is freezing cold all day inside under a blanket, and her skin is getting too hot quickly outside because she no longer has her temperature control!!! Besides that, she bled all over when I picked her up because this groomer cut her nails too short. My poor girl!!!! This is a nightmare - not only because I feel like my dog doesn’t even resemble the puppy I dropped off, but also for her HEALTH. I will NEVER visit this establishment again and I suggest you avoid it as well.

Call to BookFrequently Asked Questions About Cat Grooming
What should I expect during a professional cat grooming session?
A typical professional cat grooming session usually begins with a consultation to discuss your cat's needs. The groomer will then examine your cat's coat and skin condition before proceeding with services like brushing to remove loose fur, bathing with cat-specific shampoo, blow-drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and any specialized haircuts if needed. Most sessions take between 1-2 hours depending on your cat's coat condition and temperament.
How should I prepare my cat for a grooming appointment?
To prepare your cat for grooming, brush them at home a few days before to remove loose fur and minor tangles. Keep your cat in a secure carrier for transportation. Arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and allow your cat time to adjust to the new environment. Bring information about your cat's health, temperament, and any areas they're sensitive about. For anxious cats, consider withholding food for 2-3 hours before the appointment to reduce the risk of stress-related nausea.
Why is professional cat grooming important?
Professional cat grooming is important for several reasons: it reduces shedding and hairballs, prevents painful matting, allows early detection of skin issues or parasites, keeps your cat's coat healthy and shiny, reduces dander (helpful for allergy sufferers), and maintains proper hygiene. Professional groomers have specialized tools, products, and techniques to safely handle cats, even those with behavioral challenges. Regular grooming also helps cats become more comfortable with handling, which is beneficial for veterinary visits.
How often should my cat be professionally groomed?
The frequency of professional grooming depends on your cat's coat type, length, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds like Persians typically need grooming every 4-6 weeks to prevent matting. Medium-haired cats may need grooming every 6-8 weeks, while short-haired cats might only need professional attention every 8-12 weeks or during seasonal shedding periods. Cats with special conditions like obesity or arthritis that prevent self-grooming may need more frequent appointments. Your groomer can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your cat's specific needs.
What's the difference between cat and dog grooming?
Cat grooming differs significantly from dog grooming. Cats have more sensitive skin, requiring gentler handling and cat-specific products. Their grooming sessions are typically shorter to minimize stress. Cats often need specialized restraint techniques and quieter environments. Cat groomers use different tools designed for feline coats and are trained to recognize signs of stress unique to cats. Cat-only grooming facilities eliminate the anxiety many cats experience around dogs, creating a more comfortable experience for your feline friend.
