Our fur baby loves comin to Coolies & Clean. ❤️He is old and doesn’t have patience for just anyone. Victoria does an amazing job with him! So happy we found this place. Thanks everyone.
My puppy still smelled like pee. They did not do a good job with his face at all and left hair in his eyes, poor thing you can tell it was bothering him, he can barely open his eye. Noticed it when I got in the car and had to bring him back in for the lady to clean and get the hair out. He was full of hair, they didn’t do a blow out, specially around his face. They charged me $80 for the full service. Pic shows how he’s having a hard time opening his right eye. Location at 7th St.
Victoria is amazing! She gave my dog the cutest haircut and was so patient with her! My dog has gone to a few other groomers and we’ve had bad experiences, but had a great overall experience here! My brother told me about Cookies N’ Clean and I highly recommend!
I absolutely love the self- wash stations and how many wash bays and drying stations they have! They provide a variety of soaps, 2 towels per dog, complimentary bows & scarfs as well as complimentary doggy colognes. The wash bays were very neat and clean! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to bathe their dog without breaking your back at home in the bathtub. 10/10 customer service
Tobias had an amazing time there! The staff was amazing and super friendly! The hairy photo is before and the second is the after!
We have been coming here for 4+ years and previously have had only amazing experiences. They even use our family for their Santa photo advertisement. Recently, they have had so much turnover, and yesterday was the final straw. We had our fur baby getting groomed, and they butchered his ear. Not just the cut the haircut, the actual ear, He was a bloody mess. Now, we have to take him to the vet to have this addressed. Plus, they still charged full price to rub even more salt in the wound. We have moved on, and you should too..
We have been using Cookies and clean for about a year now. We have had nothing but great experiences. Our groomers listen to our wishes and do a nice job! We have a micro goldendoodle who is very temperamental but Justin does a wonderful job on keeping him looking nice. He keeps track of what length we did the time before and our dog always looks amazing. We have another dog who gets baths and nail trims by various groomers. We are happy customers!
We bring our two doodles to cookies and clean! One gets cool hair styles and the other a clean cut! We love this place and our groomers! 10 stars each to our two groomers they work with! (Ask for Oakley and barkleys groomers :) )
Really good groomer has a lot of cool options including the self wash we have been going here for years getting grooming and using the self wash as well. the only thing I would say the prices have gone a little bit high but that is probably due to living in Joe's inflated world. We always reference our dogs to living the cookies and clean lifestyle because they could be living in a alleyway pregnant and covered in dirt and shopping cart Grease🤣😂🤣. If you want a good dog washing, treats, and toys etc check out cookies and clean 🐕 🐈. they also give the little musterd bean skins bandanna neck ties after there wash 🤟😎🤟😎
I was so excited when my pups were done with their spa day. They were happy and frisky. Danielle did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for the love and care they give. Their treats are tasty also. At least my pups think so!! My pups refuse to go anywhere else. Once you find that perfect dog spa, there is no reason to go anywhere else ❤️❤️

Call to BookFrequently Asked Questions About Cat Grooming
What should I expect during a professional cat grooming session?
A typical professional cat grooming session usually begins with a consultation to discuss your cat's needs. The groomer will then examine your cat's coat and skin condition before proceeding with services like brushing to remove loose fur, bathing with cat-specific shampoo, blow-drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and any specialized haircuts if needed. Most sessions take between 1-2 hours depending on your cat's coat condition and temperament.
How should I prepare my cat for a grooming appointment?
To prepare your cat for grooming, brush them at home a few days before to remove loose fur and minor tangles. Keep your cat in a secure carrier for transportation. Arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and allow your cat time to adjust to the new environment. Bring information about your cat's health, temperament, and any areas they're sensitive about. For anxious cats, consider withholding food for 2-3 hours before the appointment to reduce the risk of stress-related nausea.
Why is professional cat grooming important?
Professional cat grooming is important for several reasons: it reduces shedding and hairballs, prevents painful matting, allows early detection of skin issues or parasites, keeps your cat's coat healthy and shiny, reduces dander (helpful for allergy sufferers), and maintains proper hygiene. Professional groomers have specialized tools, products, and techniques to safely handle cats, even those with behavioral challenges. Regular grooming also helps cats become more comfortable with handling, which is beneficial for veterinary visits.
How often should my cat be professionally groomed?
The frequency of professional grooming depends on your cat's coat type, length, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds like Persians typically need grooming every 4-6 weeks to prevent matting. Medium-haired cats may need grooming every 6-8 weeks, while short-haired cats might only need professional attention every 8-12 weeks or during seasonal shedding periods. Cats with special conditions like obesity or arthritis that prevent self-grooming may need more frequent appointments. Your groomer can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your cat's specific needs.
What's the difference between cat and dog grooming?
Cat grooming differs significantly from dog grooming. Cats have more sensitive skin, requiring gentler handling and cat-specific products. Their grooming sessions are typically shorter to minimize stress. Cats often need specialized restraint techniques and quieter environments. Cat groomers use different tools designed for feline coats and are trained to recognize signs of stress unique to cats. Cat-only grooming facilities eliminate the anxiety many cats experience around dogs, creating a more comfortable experience for your feline friend.
